Daffodil money box – (part 2)

So, if you saw my previous daffodil money box post you’ll remember we left it with the box all black and the daffodil had been painted in, but only in white paint.

6. this stage complete..

 

I then began to start to add some colour to the flower, I used acrylic paint.

1. I start with yellow

2, all the petals are painted yellow

3. now the crispy brown bit

4. starting on the green leaves

5. all done!

Once done I found this comment about daffodils which I really like and added it on using a Uniball white marker pen.

Thanks for reading, this will be put up for sale in my ETSY shop.

(Though due to self-isolation I am unable to get to the post office so my shop is shut – hopefully we’ll all be back to normal soon. )
